iphone 4g prototype get leaked

So we all know what happened with the iPhone 4G being leaked right? . Apple have decided to take this matter to court and want to basically sue Gizmodo for leaking the Photos of the Prototype. But why do Apple want to do this? It was really their fault for letting the beta tester leave what could be the next Smartphone of 2010, in a local bar. This in turn, causing a chain reaction. I think people just want Apple to stop “complaining” about the whole thing. Do you? Apple QuoAnother iPhone 4G prototype has now shown up on a site called taoviet.vn. This iPhone prototype is just like the one Gizmodo got their hands on a month ago but this one has a more finished look, like the screws at the bottom aren’t on the device. This device is also turned on showing a fireball looking image in the top left of the screen called “inferno”. After a teardown of the device they found it supports Apple’s A4 microprocessor, similar to the one in the iPad. So that is good proof that this is the real thing.
